Parts are all in good used condition and all the threads in adapter plate are good. Includes 8 bolts for attaching plate to engine block, torque converter access hole cover and bolts, flexplate spacer ring, and 8 flexplate bolts as pictured. Plate is missing barring tool hole plug.
