This part will fit some 94-98 12 valve Cummins engines (that use the 2 piece intake plate) and all 98-02 24 valve Dodge Cummins engines. Also fits other years that use the same style block. Grid heaters have been tested and are functioning properly. Bolt pattern is 75 mm x 80 mm. Part # 3937210 interchanges with 3924594. Please see pictures (7 pictures) and contact with any questions.
