Used 2008 Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7 Short Block Engine Core. This is a used 2008 6.7 Dodge Ram Cummins diesel short block engine core. It will make a great budget builder. It turns over freely and did not spin any bearings on the mains or rods. The cylinders are still std bore and not scored or rusty. If you need to stay standard bore, this engine probably will easily clean up and stay std and you can budget-build with a ring and bearing job to flat-rate a job. The cylinders are not rusty. The camshaft and timing cover housing does come with this short block. We do not guarantee camshafts as good-to-go. We highly recommend a freshly ground camshaft. There is one motor mount hole boss that is broken off. We do not know how this happened but it can still be used as there is still threading in the hole to put a bolt. You may have to get creative and put a couple of washers behind the bracket to be even with the other three boss mounting holes. The date code and cast numbers are provided in the pics.
