If you need to stay standard bore, this engine probably will easily clean up and stay std and you can budget-build with a ring and bearing job to flat-rate a job. The cylinders are not rusty. The camshaft does come with this short block, but we highly recommend a freshly ground camshaft also. The date code and cast numbers are provided in the pics.
