I’m thinking its about a 1961 motor. They made these in the 50s 60s and into the early 70s. This is a N series engine. It had a water pump on it at one point. I don’t know much about it. You are looking at a pipe that connects to the blower. I think it goes in between the air filter housing and the blower. It is in great shape no breaks or cracks.
