All engines are remanufactured to OEM factory specifications, using OEM parts. These engines include factory overhaul kits; which include piston & liner kits, main bearings, rod bearings, seals, gaskets. Furthermore, the cam bearings, fuel supply pump, freeze plugs, filters, hoses, thermostat, and belts are replaced. The starter, alternator, turbocharger, injection pump and injectors are remanufactured and tested to meet new factory specifications. The water pump, oil pump, and rocker arms are remanufactured or replaced with new. All major castings are cleaned and NDT inspected (magnafluxed) for cracks / indications. The cylinder head guides, valves, and valve seats are machined to new OEM specifications, or replaced. Each engine is dynamometer tested for a minimum of four (4) hours to perform break-in as well as verify performance and quality control. The pictures in this listing are actual remanufactured Cummins N14 engines; however your engine may be a slightly different configuration. The customer is responsible for any missing parts and for cracked or non-repairable major components, such as castings, turbocharger, or injection pump.
